CHARLOTTE, N.C.--()--JELD-WEN, the world’s largest manufacturer of windows and doors, has finalized its acquisition of TREND Windows & Doors in Australia. The announcement, on the heels of JELD-WEN’s stated intention to purchase TREND in late December, marks the company’s second Australian acquisition in recent months.

“TREND Windows & Doors represents a strategic acquisition for us as we strengthen our market leading position in Australia,” said Peter Farmakis, executive vice president and president of JELD-WEN Australia. “This announcement represents our commitment to providing customers around the world with a broad and innovative product range.
