Care Capital Properties Announces Filing of Registration Statement

CHICAGO--()--Care Capital Properties, Inc. (NYSE:CCP) (“CCP” or the “Company”) today announced that it has filed a long-form registration statement on Form S-11 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) relating to a potential public offering of its common stock. Under SEC rules, the Company cannot use the short-form shelf registration process until it has been a public reporting company for at least one year.

The timing of a potential offering, if any, made pursuant to the registration statement is uncertain. Any potential offering of common stock by the Company may not commence until, among other matters, the SEC completes its review process with respect to the long-form registration statement on Form S-11.
