ENGLEWOOD, Colo.--()--The Administrator of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Gina McCarthy, will address delegates during the 35th IHS CERAWeek, February 22-26 at the Hilton Americas—Houston. Administrator McCarthy will deliver remarks Wednesday, February 24.
