DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ameriflight, LLC announced today that Hope Harkey has joined the Ameriflight management team as Director of Recruitment.
Ms. Harkey has an extensive background in human resources with a focus on recruiting. Most recently she held the position of Manager of Recruiting for Trans States Holdings, Inc. where she oversaw recruiting efforts for Compass Airlines, GoJet Airlines and Trans States Airlines.
In her new role, Ms. Harkey will focus on recruiting pilots and maintenance technicians and will continue Ameriflight’s strategy of building relationships with flight and technical schools as well as other airlines, positioning Ameriflight as an integral step in the “cradle to cockpit” career path. “In today's competitive environment, recruiting is the key to our airline's success.
