The Marketing Alliance Announces Annual Cash Dividend of $0.21 Per Share;
a 16.7% Annual Increase on a Post-Split Basis

ST. LOUIS--()--The Marketing Alliance, Inc. (OTC:MAAL) (“TMA”), today announced that its Board of Directors authorized a $0.21 per share cash dividend for shareholders of record on December 31, 2015, to be paid on or about January 29, 2016.

This is TMA’s latest dividend payment to shareholders. This dividend represents a cash disbursement that is an increase of 16.7% over the 2014 cash dividend after giving effect to the 7:6 stock split distributed on September 25, 2015, which increased shares outstanding to 7,028,233 shares outstanding from 6,024,200 shares outstanding.
