NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Bragar Eagel & Squire, P.C. announces that a class action lawsuit has been filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California on behalf of all persons or entities who acquired Identiv, Inc. (NASDAQ: INVE) securities during the period between November 7, 2013 and November 23, 2015, inclusive (the “Class Period”).
The suit alleges that throughout the Class Period, Identiv made false and misleading statements regarding the company’s revenue recognition practices, key accounting metrics, and internal controls. On November 30, 2015, Identiv announced that its independent public accounting firm resigned and the firm was unwilling to be associated with Identiv’s consolidated financial statements for the 2015 fiscal periods.
Following this news, the price of Identiv common stock fell over 15% from a closing price of $2.95 per share on November 30, 2015 to $2.49 on December 1, 2015.
