FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--MEDNAX, Inc. (NYSE:MD), announced today the pricing of $750 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.25% senior notes due December 1, 2023 (the “Notes”). The Notes were offered to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”), and outside the United States to persons other than U.S. persons in reliance upon Regulation S under the Securities Act. The expected closing date for the private placement of the Notes is December 8, 2015.
