BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Chris Raveis, Managing Partner of William Raveis announced today the first part of a multilayered growth plan for its Boston region with the appointment of local real estate insider, Pauline Donnelly. Donnelly will serve as Vice President of Sales where she will oversee the Company’s Boston region and work closely with company leadership to carry out its new growth plan for the city.

Donnelly comes to William Raveis Real Estate with significant real estate experience in the Boston region. After an early career in education, training and consulting, she began her career in real estate in 2004. With no previous real estate experience, Pauline quickly built her business from the ground up, and within two years, was the top-producing agent in Coldwell Banker’s Beacon Hill office and maintained an annual production exceeding $20 million.
Donnelly continued to expand her industry knowledge and experience when she assumed the sales manager position for three of Coldwell Banker’s Boston offices, overseeing operations and sales for over 100 sales agents. It was during this time that Pauline recognized the dramatic impact she could have in helping agents increase their production by working closely with them to achieve their goals. Following this passion, Pauline decided to move forward in her career and pursue real estate consulting and coaching full time. She launched Real Direction, where she most recently provided expertise and guidance to many of Boston’s highest producing sales associates.
“The decision to leave the company I started was not one I made lightly,” said Donnelly. “After learning more about Raveis’ agent centric business model and its plans for Boston, I realized I didn’t have to give up what I love to do. Raveis plans to unveil additional components to its strategic initiatives over the coming weeks, including: a new urban focused brand strategy, a dramatic enhancement to its work environment with the renovation of its flagship office on Arlington Street, a new Boston research department, and the addition of strategic business consulting and coaching services. Additionally, Raveis will roll out its new mobile cloud services for its agents and a hyper local Boston website design and buyer-leads program in the first quarter of 2016.
Pauline and her husband, Joe, are local residents of Boston. She is a Certified Professional Coach through the ICF-accredited coach certification program, IPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching). She is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate board, the British American Business Council, the Neighborhood Association of Back Bay, and serves on the Development Committee of the Esplanade Association.
