Prior to joining Carenet, he spent 26 years at West Corporation, where he held senior leadership roles across several of West’s companies and led numerous enterprise business process improvement and operational excellence initiatives. Most recently, he served as West’s vice president of business performance, where he oversaw process improvement, account management planning, leadership development, and staffing and training for more than 70 client programs.
