Pivot3 Names Bruce Milne as Chief Marketing Officer

AUSTIN, Texas--()--Pivot3, a pioneer and innovator in the development of hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI) solutions, today announced that Bruce Milne has been named the company’s Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer.

With over 20 years of marketing and products expertise in the technology industry, Milne will help propel Pivot3’s vision and strategy forward and further position the company as a leader in HCI.

Milne brings to Pivot3 extensive background in the areas of corporate strategy, enterprise marketing, demand generation, product marketing and management and enterprise sales. He has held executive positions with enterprises such as Vignette (now OpenText), Hyperformix and most recently Socialware, where he was responsible for all aspects of sales, marketing and business development, including sales enablement, go-to-market planning and execution, partners and strategy.

Milne graduated from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada, with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in M.I.S.(Hons) and Marketing.
