The Gordian Group Recognized for Outstanding Customer Service

GREENVILLE, S.C.--()--The Gordian Group, a leading provider of construction cost analytics and estimating information, pricing data and procurement software and services, announced Cooperative Educational Services (CES) of New Mexico recognized the company’s long-term relationship and excellence in customer service with the Million Dollar Club award.

The Gordian Group received the award after its nine-year business relationship. During that time, The Gordian Group has offered ezIQC®, managed Job Order Contracting, to CES members to enable them to streamline various types of construction, repair and alteration projects. CES is a purchasing cooperative whose membership includes New Mexico's 89 school districts, as well as 81 other public-education institutions. Agencies rely on ezIQC to provide expert oversight and transparency to their construction procurement processes.

“It’s been an honor to be part of a solution that has helped people meet their construction needs and complete literally thousands of repair projects across the state,” said Michael Shiplet, Gordian’s Senior Account Manager in New Mexico. “In any year, we work with an average of 30 members, 25 of which are typically repeat clients.”

The Gordian Group offers the ezIQC construction procurement system to schools throughout New Mexico. Approximately 2,400 projects have been completed over nine years, or about 277 annually. Common types of work completed include interior and exterior renovations, landscaping, paving, security updates and energy retrofits.
