LEHI, Utah--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Bask Technology Inc., one of the nation's leading providers of managed tech services for seniors and small businesses, today announced that it has appointed digital marketing veteran Seth Greenberg as Chief Marketing Officer. Greenberg brings more than 15 years of experience building and transforming industry-leading brands, and has been a member of Bask’s Board of Directors since June.
“We are thrilled to welcome Seth to the Bask team permanently as Chief Marketing Officer,” said James P. Dunn, CEO of Bask. “Bask is entering a new era of growth, and Seth shares our commitment to building trusted relationships with our members through thoughtful and savvy customer service. Seth's track record and expertise in team-building, driving revenue and innovation will be crucial as we continue to evolve our company.”
Prior to joining Bask, Greenberg served as CMO of LifeLock, where he successfully repositioned the brand and grew revenue by more than 30 percent, expanded the demographic and upped retention to 88%. Before that, he spent seven years at Intuit, where he was responsible for digital, brand, social and mobile marketing. His teams helped double the growth of TurboTax to $1.5 billion and 25 million customers as well as created the current successful SMB social platform “QuickBooks Small Business Big Game,” awarding a $4 million TV spot on football’s biggest day to a popular small business.
Greenberg’s appointment comes on the heels of Bask’s successful rebrand in early November. Formerly known as iTOK Technology Advisors, Inc., Bask unveiled its new brand and redesigned website, opening a new chapter in the company's evolution. Bask now has a sharper focus on its members and a warmer personality to match its friendly, expert technology advisors. The company provides remote technology support for connected families, homes, and small businesses through an innovative subscription service that delivers patient on-call support that empowers seniors to stay connected and protect their digital data.
“Bask is poised to make a tremendous impact on the way seniors experience technology,” said Greenberg. “It’s an exciting time to be able to serve Boomers as well as their families, providing them with answers to their everyday technology needs so they can leave the worry to us. I’m looking forward to helping to drive the company’s growth and see how popular we can make our service.”
Bask offers more than tech support--it provides people support. The company empowers its members to embrace new technology and stay protected from threats to their privacy and personal data. Its Technology Advisors provide help right when people need it, for any device, in everyday language. In the digital age, Bask delivers remote technology support that puts human connection first.
