DREIEICH, Germany & FRANKFURT AM MAIN--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The IT solutions provider Giegerich & Partner released the latest version of e-mail encryption program gpg4o. The most important innovation of the version of gpg4o 3.5 is the support for Windows 10 and the integration in Office 2016. As a result, gpg4o will be able to support all current operating systems including those supported by Microsoft and Office versions since 2010. Other new features include the automatic security-matching of sender addresses and e-mail signatures as well as numerous improvements in handling, performance and stability.
In addition to the latest version of Windows and Office, companies can, with immediate effect, also benefit from the gpg4o Enterprise key server. This allows administrators to make pre-tested key materials available to users and thus further reduce any obstacles in the use of OpenPGP-based e-mail encryption. The gpg4o Enterprise key server is also suitable for users of other GnuPG-based e-mail encryption products such as Symantec Encryption, Enigmail or GPGTools.
Gpg4o is an easy-to-use add-in that is seamlessly integrated into the user interface of Microsoft Outlook. The cryptography and signing software then automatically encrypts and decrypts attachments to an e-mail and is compatible with all the common OpenPGP encryption programs. Gpg4o has several corporate features. This helps administrators enhance the central administration for instance, to ensure compliance with corporate policies and consequently the security.
