Volvo Wins Arbitration Case Concerning Defective Components

GÖTEBORG, Sweden--()--The Volvo Group (STO:VOLVB) (STO:VOLVA) has won a case in the Arbitration Tribunal relating to defective components delivered by an international supplier. The deliveries were made several years ago and the problem was corrected in the production process many years ago. The current assessment is that the outcome will have a positive impact of approximately SEK 800 million on the Volvo Group’s operating profit in the fourth quarter.
