GEICO is searching for 65 talented college graduates interested in joining its sales, service and auto damage Management Development Programs (MDP) in Virginia Beach.
Auto Damage MDP positions are available in various locations throughout Virginia and North Carolina. Associates who successfully complete the program will have the potential to transfer to any GEICO office across the country.
Nearly 80 percent of GEICO's management team began their careers in an entry-level position. Through industry-leading training, on-the-job experience, mentoring opportunities, and real-life business projects, MDP associates are prepared to advance their career down that same path, without limits.

- Possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or a related field
- Have at least a 3.0 cumulative undergraduate GPA from an accredited college or university
- Demonstrate leadership experience on campus, in the community, or at work
- Be well-developed in analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
