Net@Work Acquires Peoria Illinois-Based Sage Practice of CliftonLarsonAllen and Expands Relationship

NEW YORK--()--Net@Work, a leading provider of integrated business technology solutions, today announced it has acquired the Peoria Illinois-based Sage Practice of CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA), a national professional services firm delivering integrated wealth advisory, outsourcing, and public accounting capabilities. The acquisition gives these Sage clients access to Net@Work’s award-winning Sage team, providing unmatched support for their existing Sage 100, Sage HRMS and Sage BusinessWorks systems, while delivering a complete range of technologies and services to help them grow their business, including: customer relationship management (CRM), document management, web development, eCommerce, marketing automation and Cloud services.

For the past several years, CLA has been a member of Net@Work's Partner Alliance Program, which has enabled them to offer a broader range of products and services to their clients in the Midwest. The two firms are now expanding the relationship, whereby Net@Work will serve as a strategic technology partner, providing CLA’s offices throughout the firm with access to Net@Work’s team and comprehensive IT solutions portfolio, enabling them to more efficiently and responsively serve their clients’ technology needs. Three hundred Sage 100, Sage HRMS and BusinessWorks clients have been transitioned to Net@Work; CLA’s former Sage support contact has joined Net@Work as Senior Business Consultant, which has helped facilitate a seamless transition.

“CliftonLarsonAllen has long been recognized as one of the nation’s premier professional services firm, valued by clients across the country for the quality of their advice and breadth of support,” said Alex Solomon, Net@Work’s Co-President. “Our relationship has evolved considerably since they became an Alliance Partner, which today takes a major step forward, underscoring the trust CLA has in our ability to provide a similarly high level of expertise for their clients. As we at Net@Work enter our 20th year, we’re pleased to be viewed by industry leaders such as CLA as a nationally established technology provider and valued peer. We look forward to further expanding our relationship with CLA, providing their offices with strategic technical support to help their clients grow their business.”

"From the moment we became an Alliance Partner, Net@Work lived up to their well-deserved reputation for responsive and reliable customer-centric support”, said Mickey Scheffki, CliftonLarsonAllen Outsourcing/Technology Principal. “This is the next logical step in our relationship, as it enables CLA offices across the country to address the growing IT needs of our clients. We’re happy to have found a strategic partner who is committed to working together to advance our clients’ success.”

Net@Work’s Alliance Partner program provides long-term value in providing VARs and professional services firms with multiple and flexible options based on where they are in their business lifecycle, from augmenting their in-house specialties with access to a full suite of software solutions and business technology services, to helping facilitate a graceful exit.
