LITTLE ROCK, Ark.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Stephens Insurance, LLC, an affiliate of Stephens Inc., an independent, full service investment banking firm, today announced the hiring of industry veterans Stuart Wallace and Morgan Moore. Their significant energy expertise is fundamental to the firm’s increasing oil and gas client portfolio in Houston and other key markets.
Mr. Wallace will serve as President of the recently opened Stephens Insurance Houston office. Previously, Mr. Wallace was with Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. for over 15 years, where he was a lead producer and held several senior management positions concluding with Managing Director of the Energy Practice Group.
Mrs. Moore joins as Senior Vice-President. She previously worked with Stuart at Arthur J. Gallagher where she focused on energy-related Primary Casualty programs and client relations. Her experience spans Guaranteed Cost, Deductible, Self-Insured Retentions and Captive Insurance programs. Earlier, she was a National Accounts Underwriter for the Global Marine & Energy, Primary Casualty Division at American International Group (AIG) in both the Houston and Manhattan offices. Mrs. Moore was named as one of Business Insurance Magazine’s “40 Under 40 Regional Broker Leaders” in 2013.
