Fifteen Group Acquires Denver Apartment Complex for $25.675 Million

MIAMI--()--Miami-based Fifteen Group has completed the acquisition of Green Leaf at Regis Apartments in Denver, CO for $25.675 million. The property has been renamed The Berkeley at Regis.

Located at the crossroads of the highly desirable Berkeley and Regis neighborhoods in northwest Denver, the 127-unit acquisition is consistent with Fifteen Group's strategy of acquiring well-located, undervalued real estate across all product segments in its target markets of South Florida, Southern California and the Mountain Region.

"This acquisition reflects our belief that path of growth submarkets near the urban core will continue to flourish now and in the long term," said Rick Firmine, a Denver-based Principal of Fifteen Group. "As affordable options for millennials and other renters continue to dwindle, The Berkeley at Regis is very well positioned for sustained growth."
