The Gordian Group Awarded Four-Year Contract by National Joint Powers Alliance

GREENVILLE, S.C.--()--The Gordian Group, a leading provider of construction cost analytics and estimating information, pricing data and procurement software and services, announced today the National Joint Powers Alliance® (NJPA®) has awarded a contract to make available to its cooperative purchasing members procurement of indefinite quantity construction contracts and related services. This agreement represents Gordian’s full line of construction procurement solutions, including its most popular solution, ezIQC® and newly available Change Order Management System (COMS).

The contract is available in most states to NJPA member public agencies who need to procure repair, alteration and construction services for facilities and infrastructure. The four-year contract runs through September 2019.

Gordian ezIQC is an indefinite-quantity procurement construction process that allows multiple projects to be completed under a single, competitively bid contract and provided by local contractors. Using ezIQC, facility owners can access a locally customized Construction Task Catalog® with technical specifications, contract documents and eGordian® information management software. Price review and construction oversight services are also included. Gordian’s Change Order Management solution simplifies the change order pricing process and eliminates project delays by establishing firm unit prices at the beginning of the project, clarifying the pricing of changes for contractors and restoring price control to facility owners.
