PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Health Partners Plans will offer its popular Medicare plans to residents of Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery counties for coverage effective January 1, 2016. Enrollment is no longer limited to Philadelphia County.
Starting in October, the area’s fastest growing Medicare HMO plan, Health Partners Medicare, will begin accepting enrollments throughout the five-county region. Health Partners Medicare offers comprehensive plans to fit any health need and budget. Each of its four plans are designed to give members the coverage and protection they expect from Medicare and the quality care they deserve from Health Partners Plans.
- Health Partners Medicare Prime (HMO) – medical and prescription drug coverage with a low plan premium
- Health Partners Medicare PrimePlus (HMO) – medical and prescription drug coverage plus extra benefits
- Health Partners Medicare Special (HMO SNP) – special coverage if you have both Medicare and Medicaid
- Health Partners Medicare Basic (HMO) – a great choice if you don’t need prescription drug coverage
Each plan includes $0 PCP visits, an extensive network of doctors and leading area hospitals, specialist visits with no referrals, friendly 24/7 phone support, unlimited days for inpatient hospital stays and fitness center and Weight Watchers® memberships. Plans also include access to an innovative service that connects plan members with doctors by phone or video for help with non-emergency medical issues.
