The Incite Group Taps Pypestream CEO to Speak at Customer Service Summit

Panel discussion featuring Hilton Worldwide, Sprint and Pypestream will address cross-functional collaboration as a means to deliver better customer experiences

NEW YORK--()--The Incite Group, a business intelligence company devoted to helping large corporations serve their customers better, today announced that Pypestream CEO Richard Smullen has been invited to speak on a panel discussion along with representatives from Hilton Worldwide and Sprint, during their Customer Service Summit, to be held October 22 – 23 at the New York Marriott Brooklyn Bridge Hotel.

The panel, entitled “Heighten cross-functional collaboration for a unified, efficient and unrivalled customer experience” will cover how communication through messaging technology is improving customer service and the consumer experience. It takes place at 12:00pm on Friday, October 23, and features the following speakers:
