With Bullhorn Onboarding’s new pre-hire functionality, recruiters can initiate new hire packages to candidates at any time – even before they’re placed in a job. In addition, firms can configure new hire packages that apply to certain positions or companies, ensuring that they send candidates all the required forms and documents, and receive them back more quickly.
