Trial Lawyers Dolan, Dobrinsky and Rosenblum Form New Firm

MIAMI--()--Three prominent South Florida lawyers have left their respective firms to found a new civil trial law firm, Dolan Dobrinsky Rosenblum, LLP. The firm’s main office is located in Grand Bay Plaza on Bayshore Drive in Coconut Grove, Florida.

“The three of us have spent our careers handling only the most serious cases - those involving preventable deaths and life-changing injuries,” said name partner Dan Dolan. “This commitment means that we limit our practice to only several cases at a time which allows us to aggressively serve our clients throughout Florida and across the United States.”

Manuel Dobrinsky serves on the Board of Directors of Legal Services of Greater Miami. In 2009 he served as President of the Dade County Trial lawyers Association and since 1997 has been a National Institute of Trial Advocacy Instructor at Nova Southeastern University. Daily Business Review named him “Most Effective South Florida Attorney” in the area of class action litigation in 2010, and also “Most Effective Attorney” in the area of medical malpractice in 2009. He has been included in Florida Trend magazine’s “Legal Elite” list every year from 2008 to the present. Super Lawyers magazine has included him in their “Top 100” list of Miami lawyers every year since 2011, and in 2014 he was included him in their “Top 100” list for the State of Florida. He has been named one of the “Best Lawyers in America” from 2009 to the present. Among the significant awards made to the clients of the three attorneys were the following:

  • $38 million for the parents of twin boys who lost their sight as a result of medical negligence.
  • Over $32 million in tobacco verdicts, including the 8th largest product liability verdict in Florida in 2013, $10 million, from R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Company.
  • $9,800,000 award for a 40-year-old mother rendered a quadriplegic after being hit by a driver who ran a stop sign.
  • $9,500,000 for a young boy who suffered brain damage as a result of nursing negligence.
  • $7,500,000 award for family of man killed by drunk driver.
  • $6,500,000 for man who failed to receive clot busting drug following a brain stroke.
