Cybergy to Hold Webinar Events in Advance of Upcoming SmartFile Release

ENGLEWOOD, Colo.--()--Cybergy Labs, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cybergy Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB: CYBG), today announced that the Company will be hosting a series of teach-in events to familiarize new users with its proprietary digital sensor system, SmartFile – The Internet of Documents.

As part of this process, Cybergy Labs will be offering free accounts of its software to selected individuals to continue with its beta testing process while also allowing new parties access to this important cybersecurity-enhancing product.

The Company will host two separate webinars on Tuesday, September 29th and Thursday, October 1st, both at 12 PM EDT, to allow individuals to optimize their results from SmartFile. To register for either of the webinars, go to www.GetSmartFile.com (please note that space is limited).

Upcoming SmartFile Launch and Continuation of Cybergy Strategy

The Company’s strategy is to continue to build awareness and user adaptability of the product in advance of its larger launch to the commercial and consumer markets.

Following completion of a comprehensive beta testing period later this year, Cybergy intends to roll-out a new version of SmartFile that will allow users to more seamlessly connect all of their files to the internet and to enable them to stay connected for as long as their documents exist. In this way, document owners will always know whether and where their documents are being accessed. SmartFile does this by inserting an invisible digital sensor into most popular computer files (such as Microsoft Office or Adobe PDF files) which report back, in real-time, when documents are opened, viewed, or printed or shared with others.

SmartFile is unique in that it is the only technology platform that requires no special software, plug-in or player, of any type, on the viewing computer. In other words, it works on every computer (Mac or PC) worldwide.

Management Commentary

Mr. Mark Gray, Chairman and CEO of Cybergy Holdings, stated: “We have been very pleased with initial testing results of SmartFile and have received positive feedback from initial users of the product. Cybergy management believes these user-oriented, teach-in events will allow our engineers to perfect the product with the user experience in mind, and automate the application. This will make it simple and easy for SmartFile users in a wide variety of commercial, residential, and government applications, and it will provide for a more seamless integration into larger systems. Given the recent proliferation of cyber-threats globally, we are excited about the potential of large-scale deployment of the product.”
