Daniel Dinur Joins The Taffrail Group as Senior Advisor

ATLANTA--()--The Taffrail Group today announced the appointment of Daniel Dinur as a Senior Advisor. Dinur will be based in the Atlanta office. “I am very happy to announce the addition of Dan Dinur to our team of senior advisors. Dan brings extensive experience, both from a legal and business perspective, in developing global businesses and we are excited to have him aboard,” said Tom Johnson, Chief Executive Officer.

“During his career, Dan has advised both US and foreign companies in their international activities. Dan’s understanding and appreciation of the business, political, cultural, regulatory, corporate and tax factors relevant to a company’s investment in a host country is invaluable. Dan has shown he can effectively integrate the influence of these factors into his client’s ultimate strategy, which has enabled him to contribute to the success of several American companies’ involvement in transactions in Russia, Poland, China, Israel, and elsewhere and foreign companies in their US activities,” added Johnson. “As my role in serving clients is evolving into more of a strategic advisor and relationships enabler,” said Dan, “I welcome the opportunity to join a platform which will enable me to play this role for the benefit of a wider variety of US and international clients. The breadth and depth of Taffrail’s client base provides a perfect such platform and I look forward to being a productive member of Taffrail’s distinguished team of Senior Advisors.”

Dan has been engaged in the practice of law and business for the last forty years. He began his legal career in Pittsburgh at the firm now known as K&L Gates LLP, and then practiced as a partner in two large firms in Dallas and Atlanta. In 1990, Dan founded a boutique law firm in Atlanta currently known as Dinur and DeLuca, LLP. Dan’s activities over the years include serving on the Board of Directors of the Georgia (Statewide) Chamber of Commerce, the Board of Governors of the Georgia Industry Association and the Alumni Advisory Board of the School of Industrial and Systems Engineering at Georgia Tech. He is a founder and a director of NC Technologies, LLC, an Atlanta-based nano-technology company.

Dan is a native of Vilnus, Lithuania, and has lived in Poland and Israel before coming to the US in 1969. He holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School. Dan is fluent in Russian and Hebrew and has a working knowledge of Polish and other Slavic languages.
