WAKEFIELD, Mass.--()--Franklin Street Properties Corp. (the “Company”, “FSP”, “its”, “our” or “we”) (NYSE MKT: FSP), a real estate investment trust (REIT), announced today that it was awarded a 2015 Green Star designation by the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB). The Green Star designation is the highest designation available to GRESB survey participants within the GRESB quadrant model. As part of the Company’s participation in the GRESB survey, FSP was evaluated in areas such as management and policy, monitoring and environmental management system, performance indicators and building certification and benchmarking.
