Entries Open for Third Annual "CX Impact Awards" until Sept. 4

Winners Announced During 2015 CX Day Celebration of Customer Experience Professionals Around the World

WAKEFIELD, Mass.--()--Nominations are now open for the third edition of the CX Impact Awards, created by the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA), the premier global non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement and cultivation of the Customer Experience profession. These awards recognize individuals who exemplify excellent customer experience and who are making an impact on their organizations and their customers.

Nominations close September 4, and the winners will be announced October 6, CX Day, a global day of celebration of companies and people who are delivering great experiences to customers. Individuals may nominate themselves or others in one of two categories: Practitioners (within companies), and Providers (within CX vendors). An international panel of judges who are authorities in the field will select the winners.

"Anyone involved with the customer experience field is encouraged to nominate a CX star -- someone whose efforts have made a difference in the industry. Everyone who has successfully led or supported a customer experience initiative that benefits an organization or its clients is eligible, whatever the person's position, rank or industry," said Leigh Stokes, Chief Strategist at Design Science and co-chair of the CX Impact Awards Committee.

"The CX Impact Awards are another way for CX professionals around the world to grow and learn from each other's creativity and enthusiasm. In addition to the CX Awards, CX Day this year will again involve thousands of customer experience professionals taking part in dozens of in-person networking events around the world, online CX Day events, company-specific celebrations and more.
