In this newly created position Mr. Beaty will be responsible for building and managing the Bank’s key management reporting processes, including profitability management systems and product pricing. “Jacob brings a new depth of experience to our management team that will be critical to our success as Puget Sound Bank continues to grow,” said Phil Mitterling, executive vice president and chief financial officer.
Mr. Beaty comes to Puget Sound Bank from the Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle where he spent 10 years, most recently as an enterprise risk analysis manager. He holds a master of investment management and financial analysis from Creighton University, an MBA from City University Seattle and an undergraduate degree from Washington State University.
