LotLinx Names Denise Chudy as CEO

Original Founder brings her expertise of digital retailing and automotive together to implement the next growth-fueled phase for LotLinx.

SAN FRANCISCO--()--LotLinx, developers of the auto industry’s first direct linking technology platform, is pleased to announce Denise Chudy has been named chief executive officer, effective immediately.

As CEO, Denise will be responsible for all areas of LotLinx’s business, including strategic direction, development of key partnerships and customer relationships, and the overall success of the company.

Chudy is an original founder of LotLinx and has been involved since the inception of the company. She comes to the position after a strong rise in both digital and automotive roles at major media companies, including: The Weather Channel, Tremor Video, Cars.com, and Google, where she held a number of executive positions.

Denise has been a leader in Automotive Digital since the mid ‘90s at Cars.com where she fulfilled the role of Vice President of National Sales. At Cars.com, she was responsible for ecommerce and national advertising products and revenue that generated 70% profit margins for the company. She left Cars.com to found and lead Google’s automotive division where she made similarly impressive contributions to the growth of the then young company. Denise began her career in the automotive industry at BBDO, where she developed and managed media campaigns for regional Dodge dealership groups.

“Denise is my true-cofounder of LotLinx- she and I came up with the model and she has been an integral part of our success from the very beginning,” said Len Short, Founder of LotLinx. “She has had an outstanding career leading the early rise of break-out players like Google and Tremor Video. Her experience in transforming disruptive technologies into market leaders has been outstanding, and her experience is unique. There are few people in the world who were in the frame of the picture when the digital media revolution was happening, and Denise is one of them. LotLinx is growing at a faster rate than ever before, we’re outperforming each month and no one is more qualified than Denise to help us usher in this new phase of tremendous growth.”

“I’m very proud of the work we’ve done at LotLinx, in helping dealers accelerate sales with more direct connections to car shoppers. We are in the midst of a revolution where car shoppers expect to gather and evaluate all pertinent vehicle information anonymously via a digital device, and want to do that activity more and more on a dealer’s site,” says Chudy. “Len and I envisioned this platform in 2012, and with the amazing technical skills of our CTO, Rob Vucic, our dealer customer base has more than doubled within the past year. Needless to say, I could not be more excited to move into the position of CEO.”

Denise is a frequent guest lecturer in digital marketing at the University of Illinois, where she received a BS in Advertising. She also holds an MBA with a focus in Finance and Marketing, from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
