Experts from Leading Companies Will Discuss DevOps, Continuous Delivery, Industry Best Practices in Biggest Event of the Jenkins World Tour

LOS ALTOS, Calif.--()--The Jenkins community, the community of practitioners using open source Jenkins, and lead organizing sponsor CloudBees, Inc., the Enterprise Jenkins Company and continuous delivery leader, today announced a series of keynote addresses and targeted industry sessions for the upcoming Jenkins User Conference (JUC) - U.S. West 2015 event. JUC - U.S. West will take place Wednesday, Sept. 2, and Thursday, Sept. 3, at the Santa Clara Convention Center in Santa Clara, Calif.

Headlining the conference will be keynote speakers Kohsuke Kawaguchi, founder of Jenkins and chief technology officer at CloudBees; and Gene Kim, co-author of the best-selling book “The Phoenix Project: A Novel About IT, DevOps and Helping Your Business Win.” Kawaguchi will open the conference with a keynote discussion of Jenkins-related topics and open source trends. Kim, author of three books and co-creator of the open source security tool Tripwire, will keynote on Thursday, Sept. 3, about DevOps trends and entrepreneurship.

JUC - U.S. West will feature two days of Jenkins knowledge, insights and innovation, including sessions about the use of Jenkins with some of the biggest technology trends, such as DevOps, containerization, microservices, workflow automation, big data implementations, scaling Jenkins in the enterprise and mobile technology.
