Rexford Industrial Announces 12.5% Increase in Quarterly Common Stock Dividend to $0.135 Per Share

LOS ANGELES--()--Rexford Industrial Realty, Inc. (the “Company” or “Rexford Industrial”) (NYSE:REXR), a real estate investment trust focused on owning and operating industrial properties located in Southern California infill markets, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.135 per share on common stock and common stock equivalents for the third quarter of 2015. This represents an increase of $0.015, or 12.5% increase from the previous quarterly dividend rate of $0.12 per share. The increased dividend reflects an annualized dividend rate of $0.54 per share, compared to the prior annualized dividend rate of $0.48 per share.

The third-quarter common stock dividend will be paid on October 15, 2015, to shareholders and unitholders of record on September 30, 2015.
