Customizable service encourages employees to be good healthcare consumers

The technology allows employers to work with Compass to create customized incentives to help drive engagement in healthcare consumerism initiatives.

The Compass TRANSPARENCY solution combines the right balance of sophisticated technology and personal support to help employees make smarter healthcare decisions. Compass can help employees compare price and quality data, find highly-rated doctors and review prescriptions for lower costing generic or alternative medications. In addition, Compass Health Pro® consultants can review medical bills, schedule appointments and answer insurance questions—giving employers an end-to-end suite of healthcare consumerism tools to simplify healthcare for their employees. Adding the Transparency Activation Technology to the existing Compass TRANSPARENCY solution gives employers a powerful tool to ensure all of their employees engage in a holistic set of positive consumer behaviors.
