BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of The ADT Corporation (NYSE:ADT), a leading provider of security and automation solutions for homes and businesses, declared on July 17, 2015, a quarterly cash dividend of $0.21 per share of common stock. The dividend will be paid on August 19, 2015, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on July 29, 2015.
The Company’s Board of Directors has also approved a new share repurchase program authorizing the Company to purchase up to $1 billion of its common stock which is incremental to the remaining $192 million remaining in the current share repurchase program expiring on November 26, 2015. The new share repurchase program expires on July 17, 2018, and may be terminated at any time.
