These include hiring industry veteran Mark Harris as its new VP of Corporate Marketing; successful completion of the company’s first official financial audit by PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC); the appointment of Jorge del Calvo of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP as Pluribus’ legal counsel; and the expansion of the company’s sales team in major U.S cities.

Mr. Harris brings more than 25 years of experience driving data center innovation across a variety of areas including networking, storage, compute and security. Prior to joining Pluribus Networks, he served in a number of senior roles at Digital Equipment, Extreme Networks, Enterasys/Cabletron, Citrix/Netscaler, Avocent/Cyclades, Server Technologies, and most recently held the role of Vice President of Marketing and Strategy at Nlyte Software.
