“We are very excited that Bon, one of the most respected figures of the industry, is joining Checkr,” said Daniel Yanisse, Checkr’s CEO. “This is a validation of the level of expertise we want to offer to our customers.” Bon’s philosophy is to minimize hiring and retention risk through the design, implementation and management of an intelligent screening program, embracing industry standards and best practices, while ensuring compliance. Critical to this is focusing on the applicant or employee in all aspects of the process to ensure that their rights are protected and they are active participants - “this fully aligns with our philosophy of enhancing the user experience of both the applicant and the employer while ensuring compliance,” said Yanisse.
“Checkr’s leading edge technology and commitment to compliance provides an exemplary experience, for both the End-User and the Consumer. I am impressed at the level of sophistication in their program and look forward to the expansion of their already successful business model,” said Idziak.
