SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Phenix LLC (“Phenix”), announced today that it has commenced patent litigation against Integrated Memory Logic, Ltd. (“IML”) and Exar Corporation (“EXAR”).
The suit against IML and EXAR claims willful infringement of Phenix’s U.S. Patent No. 7,233,305 B1 related to Programmable Gamma (“PGamma”) technologies for liquid crystal panels.
The suit was filed in federal court in the Eastern District of Texas on April 17, 2015, civil action no. 6:15-cv-00436.
