AmeriHealth Caritas Announces Subsidiary Name Changes

New names reflect the organization’s national brand and commitment to health care solutions for those most in need

PHILADELPHIA--()--AmeriHealth Caritas, a national leader in Medicaid managed care and other integrated health care solutions for those most in need, today announced that it has changed the names of its Medicaid health plans in Northeast Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia to align with its national brand. AmeriHealth Northeast is now AmeriHealth Caritas Northeast and AmeriHealth District of Columbia is now AmeriHealth Caritas District of Columbia, effective immediately.
