OSLO, Norway--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NextGenTel Holding ASA today announced that a board resolution on 2 June 2015 decided to distribute a quarterly dividend of NOK 1.25 per share. This decision was based on a proxy from the annual general meeting on 24 April 2015. The share will be traded ex dividend from 18 June 2015 and the dividend will be settled on 2 July 2015.
This represents the third consecutive quarterly dividend from NextGenTel after the company started to pay quarterly dividends in Q4 2014, all at NOK 1.25 per share. Previously, the company has paid annual dividends to its shareholders since 2009 with an average yield of 11%. The level of future quarterly dividends will depend on the company’s financial performance, investment opportunities and financial covenants.
