As CPO, Pastor is responsible for driving product innovation, optimizing current acquisition sources and identifying new acquisition channels, and introducing and launching after-sale products that are consistent with the Allconnect consumer experience. Pastor comes to Allconnect from CareerBuilder, LLC, where she served most recently as vice president of product and oversaw the CareerBuilder.com job-seeker experience.
Gagguturu joined Allconnect in early 2011 to lead the software development team. Under his leadership, the team has successfully launched and implemented VIPER, Allconnect’s scalable technology platform, and Concert™, Allconnect’s proprietary cloud-based suite of applications used to manage complex sales and merchandising. Prior to joining the company, he worked for Equifax, Fujitsu Consulting and Tata Consultancy Services. He also co-founded Sterizon, LLC, developers of the wiZit, a wireless, handheld Wi-Fi device that enables businesses to securely collect customer data and feedback to improve customer satisfaction.
