FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kingston Technology Company, Inc., the independent world leader in memory products, today announced that U.S. Sales Vice President Alisha Munger has been named to The Channel Company’s prestigious 2015 CRN® Women of the Channel. The annual list honors outstanding female executives across vendor channel organizations, distributors, solution providers and other women prominently involved in the IT channel ecosystem for their successes and the far-reaching impact they are having on the technology industry going forward.
This year’s Women of the Channel were carefully reviewed and selected by the editors of CRN based on their accomplishments and the influence they wield over the technology channel. This past year, Munger realigned the Kingston® U.S. channel sales organization to allow the on-site and field resources easier access to their inside counterparts. This helped streamline account coordination and communication to provide the channel with an improved level of service. Kingston also reinvested back into the channel with increased marketing funds, rebates and incentive programs. Current goals for the channel business are to grow market share for Kingston’s core products in order to maintain its leadership position and continue building its ongoing relationships with traditional enterprise and data center companies.
“These executives have made a lasting mark on the industry, expanding the breadth of influence in the technology channel,” said Robert Faletra, CEO, The Channel Company. “We congratulate the Women of the Channel, and celebrate their innovative contributions and commitment to the IT channel community.”
“It’s a blessing to work at such a great company for nearly 20 years, and an honor to be a part of CRN’s Women of the Channel list for 2015,” said Alisha Munger, vice president U.S. sales, Kingston. “Our goal has always been to support and be strong advocates of the channel, and we can only accomplish this by working together. I’m fortunate to have such a strong team at Kingston that helps takes care of our customers and partners.”
The Women of the Channel will be featured in the June issue of CRN, and online at www.CRN.com.
