McKesson’s Wukitch to Unlock the Consumer Engagement Conundrum at AHIP’s Institute 2015

Executive shares proven strategies to help health plans improve provider and member engagement and ultimately, growth

NEWTON, Mass.--()--At AHIP’s Institute 2015, McKesson Health Solutions’ Carolyn Wukitch, senior vice president and general manager, Network Financial Management, will tackle some of the key provider and consumer engagement questions confronting health plans today, not the least of which are increasing regulatory pressure and the business imperative to provide “up to the minute” accurate payer directories—a crucial component of quality consumer engagement.

Wukitch will present “What do consumers and networks have in common?” at AHIP’s Institute 2015 in Nashville on Wednesday, June 3rd at 3:15 p.m. in room 205C. Ms. Wukitch will cover how a health plan’s network strategy can also be the cornerstone of an effective consumer engagement program that helps health plans:
