DONGYING, China--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kerui Group secured a certificate in the recent annual RUC Evaluation organized by the Colombian Safety Council with the third highest score of 93 points, only next to Schlumberger and Halliburton. The extraordinary performance laid a solid foundation for its marketing expansion in Colombia and South America.
RUC certification is a safety assessment conducted by Colombia Safety Council among oil companies and oil service companies which are engaged in the service operation within the country.
It is a general assessment of the safety management of the company and each contractor. Moreover, it is the significant evaluation criteria for each oil company and oil service company participating in the bidding event, which means the supplier without the certificate will probably be rejected. The global requirements on the energy security and environment-friendly development and production way is making the RUC certificate even more important nowadays.
“The audit team inspected the safety facilities and safety management policies and regulations of Kerui’s operation site and warehouse strictly,” introduced by Mr. Li Dayong, project leader of Kerui Columbia Nitrogen Service Team. He was not surprised by the high score obtained by Kerui. During the year 2014, Kerui completed 275 “zero-accident” well operations, with a total amount of 258,981,812.22 SCF steam injection, 81 tons foam injection, and increased more than 7,000 barrels of oil production, for which it was awarded “Excellent Service Provider of 2014” by the client. These achievements were attributable to Kerui’s advanced equipment and technologies, and most importantly, its international talent’s support.
