(“SOC”), the leading provider of specialty telemedicine services to hospitals, today announced the appointment of Hai Tran as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”). Mr. Tran’s appointment will strengthen SOC’s financial leadership to empower hospitals with access to specialists and deliver high quality care to patients who need it now.
Mr. Tran joins SOC with more than 20 years of experience as a financial executive with both public and private companies, focusing on building growth-oriented finance organizations. Most recently, he served as CFO of BioScrip, Inc. (NASDAQ: BIOS), where he contributed to double-digit revenue growth during his tenure. Prior to joining BioScrip, he served as CFO and Vice President International of Harris Healthcare Solutions, which is a healthcare subsidiary of Harris Corporation (NYSE: HRS). Mr. Tran replaces Gregory Reynolds who is leaving the company to pursue other opportunities.
