Bretford® Refreshes Pulse™ and Core™ Cart Lines to Offer Updated Features and Additional Options; Extends Cart Warranty

CHICAGO--()--Bretford Manufacturing, Inc. ®, a U.S.-based manufacturer of technology-enabled furniture for learning and business environments, today announced it has added new features to its Pulse and Core Carts for Chromebooks, tablets and Ultrabooks. At the same time, Bretford has extended the electrical warranty on all of its Store & Charge products to three years.

“Our research tells us that Chromebook, tablet and Ultrabook use continues to grow in K-12 education, and with that, the need to store, charge, and secure those devices increases,” said Bob Gabriel, product manager for Bretford. “The additional Pulse and Core models give our customers flexible options to fit their deployment needs.”

In place of rear doors, the entire Pulse family and the Core 36M are now available with a removable back panel option. This option provides improved security by limiting access to power adapters. In addition, the Core 36M now comes standard with four swivel casters to give the cart more maneuverability getting into tight spaces.

Gabriel added, “We have also extended the electrical warranty on all our Store & Charge products to three full years. This extension ensures peace-of-mind so if an electrical component isn’t functioning properly, it can quickly and easily be replaced at no extra cost to the customer.”

All Bretford Pulse and Core Carts are certified to conform to UL 60950-1 standards for Information Technology Equipment.
