Michigan First Credit Union Contracts with Best Upon Request to Provide Concierge Services to Team Members

LATHRUP VILLAGE, Mich.--()--Win at work, win at home. That’s the mantra that inspired executives at Michigan First Credit Union to provide a unique new benefit to team members throughout the organization. They now have access to concierge services, provided by Cincinnati-based Best Upon Request (BEST). The service reduces stress by helping team members balance the demands of their personal and professional lives. BEST’s concierges can offer assistance with nearly any item on a team member’s to-do list.

BEST’s on-site office at Michigan First’s corporate headquarters offers errand running services such as oil changes, shopping and food deliveries in addition to traditional services such as event planning and information research which are available to all Michigan First team members in the Detroit and Grand Rapids areas.
