Aquilent Invests in Facility Expansion, Creates Corporate Campus

Leading Federal Mobile, Web, Cloud and Portal Provider Adds Building, Inside and Outside Facility Upgrades to Accommodate Continuing Growth

LAUREL, Md.--()--Aquilent, a recognized leading provider of Mobile, Web, Cloud and Portal solutions shaping the next generation of technology for the federal government, is about to break ground on a facility expansion—to include an additional building as well as internal and external upgrades—to accommodate continuing growth. The new corporate campus will expand to a headquarters total of 100,000 square feet, up from its current 65,000 square feet.

With the expansion, Aquilent Headquarters will be a modern, integrated campus that will include the new uniquely designed building; a revitalized look and feel to its existing space; new pathways, courtyards, and a covered connector between buildings; and an expansion to its Refresh Zone cafeteria to include a private outdoor dining area.

“We are extremely excited for the upgrades and expansion to our headquarters,“ said David Fout, Aquilent Chief Executive Officer. “Our new corporate campus will provide the space necessary to support our plans to hire more than 450 new employees during the next three years, and will be a world-class facility designed to support the culture and professional environment we have strived so hard to create.”

The expansion is set to begin May 1, 2015 and be completed this summer.
