Wendia Point of Business (POB) Achieves Full Pink Elephant Certification for Newest Version of ITIL

Company is among the first in the world to achieve compatibility for all 15 processes assessed by PinkVERIFY™ 2011

POB achieved this assessment in only three-and-a-half days, making it one of only a small handful of ITSM providers worldwide to be officially certified as ITIL-compatible with the most current Pink Elephant criteria.

As has been the case for all prior versions of ITIL, Wendia surpasses numerous major vendors including HP, Numara and ServiceNow in achieving this goal.
