Smart Utility Systems Helps CA Water Utilities to Achieve Governor Brown’s Drought Emergency Regulations for Water Conservation

IRVINE, Calif.--()--On April 1, 2015 California Governor Jerry Brown issued executive orders mandating a substantial reduction in urban water consumption from 2013 levels. One of the keys to success for water utilities in achieving this reduction is customer engagement and leakage detection.
