Welk Resort Group Checks-In with Xactly, Sends Old Compensation Processes Packing

Leader in Vacation Ownership Industry Creates a Single Compensation Platform to Improve Accuracy and Trust in the Numbers, Gain Better Insights to Drive Performance

SAN JOSE, Calif.--()--Xactly a leading provider of cloud-based incentive solutions, today announced that Welk Resort Group, Inc. is using Xactly IncentTM to maximize the impact of their compensation initiatives. Family-owned, Welk is a well-established leader in the vacation ownership industry. While the company adheres to the highest standards of customer and employee excellence, a complex compensation management process spanning multiple systems was limiting sales potential. Using Xactly, Welk is now able to simplify its compensation structure, restore trust in the numbers and get the data insights it needs to drive performance. Early results with Xactly have been so successful, Welk also envisions rolling out the platform to other departments in the organization, such as marketing, which operates on variable compensation plans.

With Xactly, Welk now has a single system of record for all its compensation data.

Welk is exploring the single sign-on integration between Salesforce CRM and Xactly and Xactly AnalyticsTM to gain a deeper understanding of how to best design compensation plans and further incentivize their sales staff.
