First Transformational Leadership Program in Southwestern United States Now Offered by Arizona Technology Council in Partnership with ImpaQ Solutions

Renowned faculty to kick-off executive certificate program for experienced business leaders; deadline for application is July 15, 2015

PHOENIX--()--Providing experienced business leaders a framework for a new way of thinking to lead self, others and organizations, the Arizona Technology Council in partnership with ImpaQ Solutions today announced that registration is now open for its Transformational Leadership executive certificate program, the first of its kind in the Southwestern U.S.

Successful graduates of this program will gain greater insights and new, multiple perspectives to advance important business issues and strategies away from day-to-day operating pressures. Participants will also learn how to produce significant, positive outcomes for key organizational objectives including productivity, innovation and profitability.

“Leaders who previously wanted to participate in transformational leadership programs had to travel to locations such as San Francisco, Boston, Washington, DC, or the United Kingdom,” said Steven G. Zylstra, president and CEO of the Arizona Technology Council. “This Arizona-based program provides a unique opportunity for business leaders to better balance their day-to-day responsibilities with the need to learn new leadership skills to help move their company to a higher level.”

The faculty includes leading subject matter experts from around the country including Neil Stroul, Ph.D, founder of Kenning Associates and founding faculty member of Georgetown University’s Certificate in Leadership Coaching program, and Robin Postel, PhD MEd, adjunct professor of Public Service at NYU and founder of Transformational Learning for Individuals + Organization. Other faculty includes Margo Boster, Dean Newlund and Doug Reid.

The certificate program includes five modules with 11 days of classroom instruction over a six-month period beginning August 26, 2015. In addition to time spent in the classroom, participants will benefit from individual assessments, one-on-one executive coaching sessions, and a learning-community network of colleagues.

“A transformational leadership program often proves to be the catalyst to propel leaders and companies to new ways of thinking,” said Margo Boster, CEO and Co-founder, ImpaQ Solutions. “This program is designed for executives and leaders who are succeeding but know there must be a better way, a different way, a less exhausting way to do and be what they imagine.”
